Completing patterns earns claimable raffle entries (blackout earns a grand entry).
4. Claim Prizes
Attendees claim entries on their card, and may also receive instant rewards when scanning booths.
Frequently Asked Questions
Q:How do attendees play Booth Bingo?
Attendees join your event, scan booth QR codes to stamp their card, then claim entries by tapping “CLAIM ENTRY” when they complete patterns. A full-card blackout earns a grand entry for the grand prize drawing.
Q:Can I have multiple booths per vendor?
Yes. Most events use 1 booth per vendor, but you can create multiple booths per vendor for larger exhibitors or multi-location setups.
Q:How do prizes work?
Secondary prizes and grand prizes are giveaway-style drawings. Attendees earn entries by completing patterns and tapping “CLAIM ENTRY”. You can draw winners manually (Suggest → Accept) or schedule draws (depending on event settings).
Q:Can attendees play on multiple boards?
Yes. If your event has more booths than fit on a single board, the attendee app can create multiple boards so all booths can be included.
Q:How do I get leads from attendees?
When attendees scan a booth, they may be prompted for qualifying questions and consent (if enabled). You can review leads per vendor and export CSV files for CRM import.
Q:What is the difference between manual and scheduled giveaway draws?
Manual draws are organizer-controlled: you generate a suggested winner list and click Accept to finalize. Scheduled modes use each prize’s draw time to trigger suggestions (and optionally auto-finalize, depending on your event settings).
Q:Can I draw all secondary prizes at the same time?
Yes. Use the “Draw all secondary” action on the Winners page (or the Prizes page) to finalize all ready secondary giveaway draws at once.
Q:How do exit surveys work?
After your event, you can email attendees an exit survey. Studio tracks opens and responses, lets you filter/search results, and supports CSV export. You can also send follow-ups.
Q:What happens after the event ends?
All data is preserved. You can still view analytics, export leads, review winners, and view exit survey results. Attendees can still view their progress, but scanning is disabled after the event ends.
