By accessing or using Booth Bingo Studio ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

Booth Bingo Studio is an event management platform that allows event organizers and vendors to create interactive bingo-style engagement experiences for trade shows, conferences, and other events. The Service includes tools for creating events, managing booths, tracking attendee engagement, and administering prizes.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate and complete
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon the rights of others

Certain features of the Service require payment. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified. We reserve the right to modify our pricing with reasonable notice. Continued use of paid features after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of information as described therein. Organizers are responsible for attendee data in their events; vendor lead reports include attendee contact info only when attendees opted in.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Booth Bingo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Booth Bingo expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by posting a notice on the Service or sending an email. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
