1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Booth Bingo Studio ("the Service"), and by clicking "I Agree," you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

Important — data use

You are responsible for notices to your attendees. Booth Bingo may share or commercialize event and account information as described here and in the Privacy Policy.

4. Privacy and attendee data

Booth Bingo reserves the right, subject to applicable law, to share, disclose, license, commercialize, sell, or otherwise make available information—including personal information—relating to attendees and other end users of events you create or manage, as well as information relating to your organizer account, with event vendors, exhibitors, other organizers, and Booth Bingo partners.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Organizers are responsible for providing any notices to attendees required by applicable law. Vendor lead reports in the product typically include attendee contact info only when attendees opted in.

5. Description of Service

Booth Bingo Studio is an event management platform that allows event organizers and vendors to create interactive bingo-style engagement experiences for trade shows, conferences, and other events. The Service includes tools for creating events, managing booths, tracking attendee engagement, and administering prizes.

6. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate and complete
Maintain the security of your account credentials
Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Infringe upon the rights of others
Distribute spam, malware, or harmful content
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
Collect or harvest user data without consent
Use the Service for fraudulent or deceptive purposes

8. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Booth Bingo and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of content you create through the Service, but grant us a license to use, display, and distribute that content as needed to provide the Service.

9. Payment Terms

Certain features of the Service require payment. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified. We will notify you of pricing changes. A price change applies to future purchases after notice; it does not itself amend these Terms.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

11. Electronic signatures

Clicking "I Agree" is your electronic signature. We may retain a record of your acceptance, including identity, time, IP address, device information, and the version of these Terms. You can review the current Terms at any time on this page and from your account settings.

12. Changes to Terms

We may propose updates to these Terms. If we do, we will post the revised Terms with a new "Last updated" date and ask you to review and accept the new version before you continue using the Service. We will not treat continued use alone as acceptance of a material change. If you do not agree, you may stop using the Service.
