Privacy Policy

1. Overview

Booth Bingo Studio is the event management platform for Booth Bingo. Organizers and vendors use Studio to create events. End-user (attendee) privacy practices are also described in the Booth Bingo attendee app Privacy Policy. This policy and the attendee policy should be read together with our Terms of Service.

Sharing and sale of information. Subject to applicable law, Booth Bingo may share, disclose, license, sell, or otherwise make available information—including personal information relating to attendees and other end users of events you manage, as well as information relating to your Studio account—with event vendors, exhibitors, other organizers, and Booth Bingo partners (such as service providers, sponsors, affiliates, and other commercial partners). This may occur in addition to, or independently of, attendee opt-ins collected at booths or in the attendee app.

2. Information We Collect

We collect account and payment information from organizers and vendors. Event data, booth data, attendee engagement data (scans, responses, lead reports), and prize data are stored to provide the Service.

3. Attendee Data

Organizers have access to attendee data for their events within Studio (for example, scans, responses, and exports you are permitted to run). Vendor lead reports in the product typically include attendee contact information only when attendees explicitly opted in via qualifying questions; however, Booth Bingo may also share or commercialize attendee or event data with vendors, partners, or others under Section 1 and the Terms of Service, subject to applicable law.

Prize winners' contact information is shared with sponsor vendors for fulfillment. You are responsible for any legally required notices to attendees about your events and data practices.

4. Payments

Payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not store card numbers.
