1. Overview

Booth Bingo Studio is the event management platform for Booth Bingo. Organizers and vendors use Studio to create events. The attendee-facing privacy practices (data sharing with vendors, opt-in, etc.) are described in the Booth Bingo attendee app Privacy Policy.

2. Information We Collect

We collect account and payment information from organizers and vendors. Event data, booth data, attendee engagement data (scans, responses, lead reports), and prize data are stored to provide the Service.

3. Attendee Data

Organizers have access to attendee data for their events. Vendor lead reports include attendee contact information only when attendees explicitly opted in via qualifying questions. Prize winners' contact information is shared with sponsor vendors for fulfillment.

4. Payments

Payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not store card numbers.
